ELAINE ALLEN – MANAGER (employed since 1996)

Elaine has worked at Muddy Boots since it opened and is deeply committed to providing the highest level of child care possible. She is passionate about her work and that reflects in the relationship she has with the children, who universally adore her. She works tirelessly (and cheerfully) to ensure each child's needs are met and is always available to parents and carers to discuss progress and support any aspect of family life or growing up that she can.  She is determined to create a nurturing environment with an intimate family feel where children can thrive. She is committed to the future of the preschool, supporting fundraising and development of the setting. 

Qualifications:

Level 3 qualified

Trained in Management and Safer Recruiting

Trained in Paediatric First Aid

Deputy Child Protection Officer

Health and Safety Officer

JACKIE FOUNTAIN – Deputy Manager (employed since 2010)

Jackie is an experienced and enthusiastic key worker who works hard to develop a strong and nurturing relationship with each child within the setting. She is full of life and the children respond brilliantly to her.

Level 3 qualified

Trained in Paediatric First Aid

JOSELYN WEBB – SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator  (employed since 2010)

Jocelyn is passionate about delivering personalised and thorough support children within the setting with Special Educational Needs. She is continuously updating her skills and knowledge base and putting this in to practice in the setting. She is adept at encouraging children to develop and has a nurturing and caring manner.

ANDIE MERREY – ADMINISTRATOR (employed since 2011)

Although based in the office Andie is popular with the children and enjoys interacting with them. She is dedicated to the behind the scenes running of the preschool and is always available to provide assistance to parents or carers.
